Social Events

Registered participants to the conference should log into their account and fill in the form found under the tab "Social events form" on the "User menu", at the right hand side. See below, after the following table, for details.

All social events are covered by the registration fee for the conference participants. Accompanying persons may need to pay a fee depending on the event, as indicated below.

 

Welcome reception and cocktail at the "Palacio de Congresos Terrace" (free for accompanying persons)

On Sunday the 5th, there will be a reception cocktail at 20:00, during the conference registration. This reception will take place at the terrace of the "Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos", the conference venue.

(The entrance of the "Palacio de Congresos" is facing the runabout).

Guided visit to the "Alhambra and Generalife Palaces" (price for accompanying person 12€)

Conference Dinner at the "Carmen de los Chapiteles" (price for accompanying person 50€)

The conference dinner will take place at the Carmen de los Chapiteles restaurant, at the feet of the "Generalife" and facing the "Albaycin".

Parties will meet at 20.00 in a couple of meeting point that will be announced in due time. Dinner will start at around 21:00.
