Black hole entropy quantization in LQG

I will present the effective discretization of the black hole entropy within the Loop Quantum Gravity framework. I will briefly describe the "brute force" method that originally showed up this discretization. Finally, I will comment the results obtained by analytic techniques coming from number theory and generating functions (For a more extended discussion on this last point: Barbero's talk).
